Our first time here and only my second time eating Ethiopian food...This little restaurant wad outstanding in every way. The food was superb yet I couldn't eat all of it. The serving size was huge! The fresh roasted coffee served in such a wonderful way was my favorite part! Come here for great service, wonderful food and be sure to stay for coffee!
Literally what I was craving! Im so happy we found her. Really sweet owner. Got complimentary REAL Etheopian coffee. And the food pffff, after every bite we were melting. If you’re going, make sure to be dropped off in front of je entrance. Dont go walking around the neighborhood late at night for sightseeing. Straight to the door and to your parked car or taxi/uber — or go with a fun group. They have plenty seats! You rlly have to eat here before you leave Edmonton.

The food here is honestly delicious and flavourful. The portions are generous too. I usually pick up my order and end up getting two or even three meals out of it. The space itself could use a bit of a refresh in terms of decor, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I also really appreciate the frozen meal options, super convenient for busy days when you still want something homemade.
I've never had better Ethiopian food, in Edmonton or any other city. Superb. Very friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. A pearl.
Was looking for a halal Ethiopian restaurant and found this on google. Food was amazing. The tibbs, injera, samosa and the vegetarian options were all very delicious and flavorful. Will definitely be back. Run by very friendly people. Also, their restrooms are very clean.
